2022 (Seattle): Coming back from his ACL injury the year prior, Morris scored seven goals and notched four assists during the MLS regular season play. He also appeared in all eight Concacaf Champions League matches for Seattle, scoring three goals, including a goal in the second leg of the Final against Pumas UNAM (May 4). Morris was named to the CCL Best XI squad and the 2022 MLS All-Star team. He also made the final roster for the United States Men’s National Team for the 2022 FIFA World Cup QatarTM, appearing as a substitute against Wales and Netherlands.

2021 (Seattle): After tearing his ACL while on loan with Swansea City, Morris appeared in only two matches at the end of the 2021 regular season, as well as Seattle’s lone postseason match against Real Salt Lake (November 23).

2020 (Seattle): Morris earned MLS Best XI honors and was voted Sounders FC Team MVP after appearing in all 22 regular season matches, recording 10 goals (tied for fifth in MLS) and a career-high eight assists (tied for fourth). His 18 combined goals and assists were tied for second league-wide with MLS Golden Boot winner Diego Rossi, behind only Alejandro Pozuelo’s 19. Morris was also a finalist for 2020 Landon Donovan MLS MVP. He started all four playoff appearances and scored in the club’s win over LAFC in the Western Conference Final (November 24).

2019 (Seattle): Morris earned 2020 Sounders FC Team MVP and MLS Comeback Player of the Year honors in 2019. After suffering a season-ending torn ACL in February of 2018, Morris came storming back in 2019 with an impressive 10 goals and career-high seven assists in 26 regular-season appearances. His campaign started by scoring twice in a 4-1 season-opening win against FC Cincinnati (March 2), before catching stride in the summer, where he tallied six goals and five assists in his final 10 starts of the season. The Mercer Island native ranked seventh in MLS with a shots on goal percentage of 47.6%, (20 of his 42 total shots on target), as the club recorded an 8-1-2 regular-season record in games where Morris recorded a goal or assist. He became the first Seattle player to record a hat trick in the postseason during the club's 4-3 win over FC Dallas in the first round of the 2019 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs. Morris also returned as a staple of the U.S. Men's National Team, making 13 appearances while recording two goals and a team-leading six assists in 2019.

2018 (Seattle): Morris missed all of 2018 after suffering a torn ACL at Santa Tecla in the first leg of the 2018 CONCACAF Champions League Quarterfinals.

2017 (Seattle): Morris started 22 of 23 MLS regular season appearances for the Rave Green in his second professional season, recording three goals and one assist in an injury-plagued campaign. He scored the game-winning goal in a 3-1 win over the New York Red Bulls in the 2017 home opener (March 19), heading in a finish after exceptional build-up from Joevin Jones and Nicolás Lodeiro. The Homegrown Player also added tallies in a 3-0 win at the LA Galaxy (April 23) – giving him three goals in six career games against the Galaxy – and a 4-0 win at Minnesota United FC (August 5). Additionally, Morris earned Sounders FC Humanitarian of the Year honors for the second consecutive season in 2017, as the Stanford product continued to build on his commitments to the Type 1 Diabetes community

2016 (Seattle): In one of the most decorated rookie campaigns in MLS history, Morris' 12 goals were tied for 11th league-wide, while his six game-winning tallies were second in MLS to New York's Bradley Wright-Phillips, the 2016 MLS Golden Boot winner. Morris added four assists and ranked second among MLS forwards with 2,8546 minutes played. Sounders FC compiled a 10-2-1 record when he recorded a goal or assist en route to the club's first-ever MLS Cup title. Morris netted his first career strike in a 2-1 home win over Philadelphia (April 16), which ignited a four-match scoring streak that tied an MLS rookie record. His first multi-goal performance came with a brace in a 4-2 road win over the LA Galaxy (September 25). Morris also appeared in the Chipotle MLS Homegrown Game against the Mexico U-20 National Team. The 22-year-old started all six of Sounders FC's matches in the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs.
